Can I really trust someone else to do this the way I would?

That's the most common thing I hear, and it's a completely fair question. I work inside your systems and follow your documented processes. I learn your way, not the other way around. Everything is captured in Double so nothing lives only in someone's head.

Will my clients know you're involved?

Only if you want them to. I communicate with your clients through Double or QBO, and only when you've approved it. Otherwise I work entirely behind the scenes. Your clients experience nothing but consistent, quality service.

What if I'm not already using Double?

Getting Double set up is part of our onboarding process. It's how we communicate, document SOPs, and keep everything organized. It's a requirement for working together, since it's what makes the whole system run consistently.

When do you work and how do I reach you?

I complete bookkeeping work on a set schedule and always by your agreed deadlines. If you need to meet with me, you can book directly from my available slots using my scheduling link. I'm also reachable by text at (801) 382-8997.
